2016 Living Waterways Awards
At last Wednesday's Gala Dinner in Birmingham Town Hall, SUMBA's 250 metre hedge laying project opposite Venetian Marina was judged runner up in the 'Community and Volunteer' category.
Launched by the Canal & River Trust last February, the Living Waterways Awards seek to recognise the most exciting and inspiring waterway-based improvement projects across the UK.
