A group of volunteers, took advantage of some early summer sunshine on Sunday and participated in a canal litterpick, from Minshull Lock to the 48 hour moorings at bridge 11.
Within Canal & River Trust's "Adopt Your Local Canal" programme, a small group of volunteers have formed SUMBA (Shropshire Union Middlewich Branch Adopters) to enhance the canal from Barbridge Junc. to Church Minshull Bridge 11.
