First Aid Training Course.

The First Aid Training course was attended this afternoon by a number of village residents in the village hall. Various life saving topics were covered including CPR, defibrillation and dealing with choking. The course was delivered by the trainer 'Andy', who made the training experience both interesting to learn about and who struck just the right level of serious fact-portrayal combined with the occasional required level of humour to make it stick with the attendees. Thanks to those who were able to attend. I really felt like we all learnt a great deal today. In summary, it was a superb afternoon.'
