Bunkered — A Great Performance
The audiences experienced a real treat when they came to see the performance of MAD at the Village Hall over the last 2 nights. Congratulations to the Director, cast and backstage crew for a really enjoyable evening. There was much Fun and laughter and everyone enjoyed a great time.
'Bunkered', a comedy by Lynn Brittney, was the latest production to come to the Church Minshull Village Hall. It took place on 31st March and 1st April 2017, tickets were just £10 each and we were all able to partake in a tipple or two thanks to the licensed bar.
Set in a decommissioned cold war bunker in a naval operations centre, which is manned by four naval personnel nearing retirement, seems an odd backdrop for a comedy. However this performance by The MAD Group's finest had us all chuckling from start to finish.
