There can be no more fitting epitaph to the closing of the Church Minshull Youth Club, earlier this year, than the recognition it won for 'Working with Young People' at the 2015 CCA Community Pride Awards.
The Youth Club was recognised as Highly Commended, for it's RSPCA fundraising activities.
Tim and Helen from Church Minshull's Youth Club decided to support the Stapely centre's 20th Anniversary target to raise £50,000 to buy vital equipment for the hospital, support Stapeley's education programme and help cover the cost of feeding and looking after the animals in care.
