It was wonderful to greet over 60 newcomers and longer term residents to a cheese and wine party in church last night Friday 12th November 2021 7:30.
Everyone mixed and introduced themselves and there were displays from the church, Sports and Social Group, MAD Drama Group and Minshull Events Group, explaining how each contribute to village life.
The event was planned from 7.30 to 8.30 pm but actually went on until past 10.30 which surely proved how much they all enjoyed themselves.
Our thanks go to the volunteers, St Bart's and the parish council who hosted and financed the event.
