Towpath Litter picking

A group of volunteers got together again to pick up litter and rubbish left on the canal towpath.

Dave Wallis, Graham Russell and his friend Geoff, Kerry and Larry Bannon, Andrew and Margaret Guy and Tony Taylor, joined forces and collected seven garden bags of rubbish, so many thanks go out to everyone for giving up their free time to keep, at least the Church Minshull section of the towpath, looking clean and tidy.

The group were visited by a family of swans, so rather that show a picture of the volunteers this time, we thought we show you something much more beautiful...
