Tickets to see the BBC 'Songs of Praise' Choir of the Year, have now gone on sale and have started to sell fast , despite the performance not being until 4th October 2014.

The Birmingham Town Hall Gospel Choir are current title holders of the prestigious award, who have performed at Birmingham's Symphony Hall, as well as London's Royal Albert Hall.

They now bring their unique and excellent brand of inspirational singing to St Bartholomew's Church and its fabulous acoustics.

Such is the popularity and energy of their performances, that the concerts sell-out very quickly.

A litter picking working party has been arranged for this Sunday, the 17th March.It has been noted that on approaching the village, the verges are covered in litter and in particular the B5074 road from Nantwich. This exercise has been inspired by St Bart's Church Café Church Congregation.We will be meet at 2.00pm on the Village Hall carpark and work for an hour or so. Litter pickers...
