Rogation Sunday

Rogation Sunday was held at Lee Green Hall Farm on Sunday 15th May – It was a really enjoyable event and an important part of Country Life

Rogation is an ancient Christian tradition, where God's blessing is asked on the crops and on the land. Reverend Anne blessed the Farm and thanked Peter and Karen Lakin and family for their hospitality.

We then went out into the garden and enjoyed stunning views of the countryside. Rev. Anne blessed the fields of corn and the crops and we prayed for a good Harvest. She blessed the animals and five beautiful Llamas came to see what was going on.

Afterwards we shared a meal and the children enjoyed lots of Fun down on the Farm
