Our N.D.P.

Finally the team have reached the last stages of our Neighbourhood Development Plan.
It has taken more than three years to get to this point with Visions, Aims and Policies being developed by the team, taking account of input from the Village through the questionnaire, consultation and two reviews in the village hall. Over seventy bodies were sent the original version of the NDP and their comments have been added.
Most recently Cheshire East reviewed it and their input was reflected in the document. We now have to go to an External Review following which, a village referendum will be held giving the parish the opportunity to confirm their approval. Once this has happened the Plan will then help direct future planning decisions for the village.
