New Traffic Calming a Success

The new traffic calming measures have been completed and general comments and remarks have been very pleasing. Initial perceptions are that the works has generally slowed down traffic and created improved traffic flow in and out of the village.
Three new gateways; one at Eel Brook; one just south of Village farm; and a priority system at the Weaver River bridge have been installed. In addition to this a brand new mini-roundabout has been installed at the junction of Over Road and Cross lane.
