Oh What A Night!

If you weren't at the Village Hall party, you missed out on what has to be the event of the year so far in Church Minshull.

Over 60 people from 9 to 90 years of age enjoyed a great evening of good company, meeting friends old and new, in the newly refurbished Village Hall.

There was lots of food thanks to generous donations from the Parish Council and the Village Hall Trustees. The bar reflected prices from a much earlier time and there was music from across the last 50 years at what was the debut of 'The Better Place Band'.

In case that wasn't enough, a Eurovision Quiz got everyone's minds clawing for obscure facts. It's not clear whether it was better to score highly or not!
