Church Minshull came away from the Cheshire Community Pride awards last night, with the top prize for the best 'Community Spirit', one of the headline awards of the evening.
Chair of the judging panel, Kathy Benn MBE, announced, "..the winner was head shoulders above any other entrant and displayed such initiatives of engagement and inclusivity within the community, as we had not seen elsewhere...". Kathy said afterwards, "...of all the places we visited; all three judges said Church Minshull was the place they would like to live the most" ...praise indeed..!
Receiving the plaque on behalf of Church Minshull was Kerry Bannon – Chair CM Vision Group.
