2016 Community Pride Awards

The Cheshire Pride judges from Cheshire Community Action (CCA) visited Church Minshull on 4th July for the award category of 'Community Spirit'. Many of our locals showed up at the Badger Inn to convey to the judges, how good it is to live in our community.

The awards ceremony will be held on 13th October, at Sandbach Town Hall this year, so we will probably look at car sharing, rather than hire a minibus.

Many thanks to all those who met the judges and also those who sent contributions to be read out.

The feeling in the room, was one of great enthusiasm and excitement...even the judges wrote the words great "buzz", in their notes.

So the group has lots of optimism for a good result for Church Minshull later this year.
