Church Minshull Youth Club organised an art competition for kids at St Bartholomew's Church, whilst mum and dad did some buying at the plant sale.

There were four age categories and children were asked to paint a picture around the theme of "Where we live.."

Out of approximately 60 entries, the judges chose the following winners:

• 12-16 year olds – 1st Nathan Moss
• 7-11 year olds – 1st Daisie Rae Stanley, 2nd Lucy Mae Harding, 3rd Olivia Palin
• 5-6 year olds – 1st Alyssa Bownes, 2nd Fleur Coleman, 3rd Sienna Palin

Under 4's – 1st Eddie Fuller, 2nd Penelope, 3rd Freya

All the children above received art materials as a prize and there were approx 60 entries.
