Plant Sale needs helpers please

The coming Plant Sale and Art Exhibition need volunteers to make this event the success it usually is. Without the funds generated at the Plant Sale, St Bart's which costs £28,000 per year to sustain would not be here. You don't have to be a church user to volunteer and most of the 2,000 visitors are not. You can help by taking money in the pay tent, helping with the plants, taking part with refreshments, (even if it is just buying a cake to sell), or by attending and buying plants. All help is gratefully received but if you would like to do something specific please let John know on 01270 522353. Set up is on Thursday 2nd May and the sale itself is open from 10am to 5pm from 3rd to 6th May.
