At last Tuesday's Parish Council meeting the members discussed the effect that the proposed Western Rail Depot at Wimboldsey would have on Church Minshull's community — both during its construction phase and subsequent 24/7 operation.
The Parish Council submitted the following response in time to meet the closure date of March 9.
