A Good Sing at Cafe Church
It was a lively, interesting and thought provoking Café Church on Sunday, and we were thrilled to have Ken Baker to lead our singing. Ken is an "Elvis Tribute Artist" and it was like having Elvis in the Church singing Gospel Songs with us — Fantastic

The subject was 'Walls' and what a lively subject it proved to be, there was discussion regarding the building of walls and how to deal with them — walls to keep people in and walls to keep people out. Walls can be built between ourselves and others that don't even exist in a physical sense, such as keeping our neighbours at arms length or practicing discrimination of any kind.

After our discussions we took away a number of positive "Action Points" which we will share with you in INSIGHT magazine and our websites Village Arena and
St Bart's website over the coming weeks.

Morning Minshull-ears, its time for another Labra-blog and let me be one of the first to welcome Harry to the village. Apparently he's arriving at the end of June — so that's in the future as I dictate this and in the past as you read it — and is long-haired, big on attitude, middle eared, furniture chewing, widdle-legged and so on. In other words he's a regular dog. Sounds like...
