Fashion Show Worleston

The Fashion Show held at Worleston Village Hall on 8th June has raised £400 for St Oswald's CE Primary School. The school's PTA put on the fashion show, which showcased women and children's clothing and accessories brands up to 75% off retail prices.

The money raised will go towards helping to fund new playground equipment for the school, which is desperately needed as the current equipment is no longer fit for purpose.

Many thanks to all those ladies who supported this worthwhile event.

Since I've lived here I've hunted for them diligently but with no...

The grass is still a dry shade of crunchy brown from the unbelievable Mediterranean weather conditions we have been having in this little corner of England. It is the hottest summer I can remember since I was a child, collecting water from stand pipes in the streets of Cardiff. Who could have...
